As regards the quality control and inspection of cap –closure mould, at the beginning of the design, we pay much attention to customers’ like weight, shape and thread etc. During building we select the most suitable machining techniques and tools to get a nice product body. After assembly, we will test the mould several times. Adjustment will be done (If needed) on the mould so that it meet customer’ requirement completely. |
